The command centre is located in the centre of a base when constructed, the Command Centrer comes with a base and cannot be deconstructed. The command centre is the most vital building in a base and during an Alien assault on a Xenonaut base, if the Aliens can destroy the command centre then the base will be destroyed. However during a base assault sandbag fortifications will be constructed surrounding the command centre, making it easier to defend.
